The specific purposes for which this corporation is organized are to suppress, intervene, prevent and overall reduce gang activity by offering Alternative Programs, Community Education, Gang Intervention, Tutoring, Life Skills, Safe Passage for children and Seniors Employment Preparations and Job Placement.
This corporation is organized and operated for charitable and educational purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code.
